:AURH, the Urban Planning Agency for Le Havre and the Seine Estuary, has historically played an important and active role in local projects and efforts to promote its region. The Agency works for elected representatives and its partners, providing long-term support for their projects and territorial strategies, from initial development through to implementation. It helps territories to take up key positions in their local, regional and national environment, with the aim of meeting the challenges of the future. The Agency combines expertise in the areas of observation, urban development and territorial and economic forward planning.
