Located at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.portdebarcelona.cat\/en\/port-vell\">Port Vell<\/a>, the complex brings together nearly ninety members, including the Town Hall, Port of Barcelona, and universities, creating an attractive framework for investors. With marinas, repair and refitting of mega yachts, specialist training in boat handling, regattas and top-level competitions, there is now a global offer in a single location, generating scale economies and promoting innovation while contributing to job creation and social cohesion. It embodies the mix of urban life with maritime activities at Barcelona&#8217;s Port Vell, fostering cultural, economic, and sporting endeavours. The cluster seeks to propel the nautical industry, foreseeing substantial economic and communal advantages for the city and its surroundings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The space in which the cluster is located also highlights heritage futures and follows the idea that started in the 80s, with Barcelona opening itself to the sea again. Port Vell is the old Harbour of Barcelona and was transformed into a public space for locals and tourists, receiving almost 16 million tourists per year. The position of the cluster in this area incentivises even more development, guaranteeing that the Public-Private model can thrive.
