During the forthcoming Seatrade Cruise Global in Miami, on the 10th of April at 17:00 US Eastern time, AIVP and MedCruise will launch the ‘Cruise Port City Compass – Global cases inspiring sustainable connections & communities’. This publication represents an important landmark in the collaborative effort of the Working Group on Cruises & Port Cities coordinated by AIVP and MedCruise.
The presentation will be done by Noemi Frascella, from the Port of Taranto, MedCruise’s Director of Port & City Relationships, along with José Sánchez, Director of Agenda 2030 by AIVP.
The Cruise Port City Compass explores the challenges and opportunities arising from the relationship between ports and port cities, featuring interviews with 15 participant ports, three cities and two companies along with articles from key global stakeholders, experts and companies (such as CLIA, ESPO, French Government, Risposte Turismo and Thanos Pallis from the University of Piraeus).
