Ms Sabah Zrari is PhD in Political Science (Sciences-Po Paris), M.A in Comparative Societies and Policies (Sciences-Po Paris) and M.Sc in Planning, Local Development and Urbanism (Sciences-Po Paris).She has been living in Chile since 1996. She is a partner and director of OBSERVATORY and FORECASTING and has carried out various studies in the field of port logistics and port-city relations in aspects as diverse as logistics costs, chain performance dashboards, logistic communities or normative and regulatory changes concerning public ports. Sabah Zrari is also Professor of Public Policy at the University of Santiago de Chile and Academic Director of the Diploma "Planning, Management and Governance of Port Cities" of the University of Santiago de Chile. She has published articles on city-port issues and participated as a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars on these issues. She is a member of the Argentine Regional Port Cities Research Network and the Latin American Network of Digital Ports and Collaborators.
