Improving mobility in the city port and combating urban congestion :
1- Encouraging the development of soft, multimodal and collaborative mobility, notably for commuting.
2- Developing soft solutions for proximity-based urban logistics.
3- Promoting the use of waterways, rail or other non-fossil-based modes of transport within the Port City territory for shipping goods.
4- Reducing the negative impacts of periods of peak activity in the Port City territory by any means possible.
