The Territorial Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ajaccio and South Corsica manages the commercial running of the four Cargo ports : Ajaccio, Bonifacio, Porto-Vechio and Propriano, as well as the historic Yacht Harbour and fishing port of Ajaccio : the Tino Rossi Port. Putting in the forefront of their concerns the service provided to the Corsican economy by this collection of installations, CCITACS attaches very special importance to the harmonious integration of port and urban activities. This is why the Territorial Master Plan for the Surrounds of the Bay of Ajaccio privileges a spatial reorganisation of the various traffics which takes into account a better environmental management whilst providing a development of port capacities and of security: separation of the flows of freight and passengers, relocation of the discharging of petroleum products outside the surrounds of the Bay.
