Activities
Boulogne-sur-Mer Développement Côte d’Opale, an urban planning and economic development agency, offers a space to develop partnerships (Local organisations, the Region, the State, the Department and the Consular Chamber) where public redevelopment and territorial growth policies can be harmonised and coordinated. The agency, which serves as a tool for observation, forecasting, reflection and studies, forms part of a context of attractiveness, urban and economic evolution in the southern Opal Coast. It is located in the Port of Boulogne-sur-Mer, France's biggest fishing port and a European centre for the transformation, commercialisation and distribution of fish and seafood. A huge project to recover the port-city interface, called the "Liane Axis", is coordinated by Boulogne-sur-Mer Développement Côte d’Opale and led by local players.
