Activities

The Planning and Development Agency of Flanders-Dunkirk region (AGUR) is an association which is involved in the planning of the Flanders-Dunkirk region and its major projects. It is an agency of studies, of council, of animation whose expertise is used for the decision making.  AGUR is involved in a wide variety of missions. The Agency elaborates studies and analyzes, drafts urban planning documents, observes, assists project management, and articulates urban, architectural or landscape recommendations.
